1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or utilizing our services, you (the "Player" or "User") agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Agreement"). If you do not agree with any part of the Agreement, please discontinue use of our services.

4. Gameplay Terms

All games played on the Site or Mobile App are governed by these Terms and Conditions and applicable laws. The Player's participation in any game, including bingo, slots, and other arcade games (collectively, "Games"), is subject to our House Rules and specific Game rules which may apply from time to time.

5. Deposits and Withdrawals

We reserve the right to request additional verification or documentation for deposits. You are responsible for ensuring that your account balances accurately reflect all transactions made through it. This Agreement shall be governed exclusively by and construed in accordance with laws of Gibraltar, where applicable (the "Applicable Laws"). Any disputes arising from this Agreement will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in Gibraltar or such other relevant jurisdictions as may have competent authority for the purpose.

12. Termination

Either you or we can terminate your account at any time. Upon termination by us, all Winnings and funds held on behalf of a Player are returned to that Player without undue delay.
